Cottage Cheese Veggie Dip
/Ingredients:
1/2 cup good quality 2% cottage cheese (such as Nancys or Good Culture)
6 mini bell peppers (red yellow and orange)
2 mini cucumbers (sliced in quarters or halved)
3 radishes (quartered or veggies of your choice)
1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill (plus more for garnish)
1 teaspoon Za’atar, which is a mix of sesame seeds and dried thyme and oregano.
Instructions:
Combine cottage cheese and dill in a small bowl, drizzle with olive oil and top with Za’atar and fresh dill.
Place on a plate or small platter with cut up fresh veggies.
